I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. However when I arrived at my appointment time, the associate in the front desk made sure to let me know that they will charge me $55. I asked why am I being charged additionally and he made up something that my car is over 2019 and I need to be charged this amount because of that. I contacted Groupon and they said that don't know about this. I don't like to be scammed. I didn't care for the service here and when I looked at my receipt, I was being charged for the labor of the employees. I understand if I was being charged for the oil disposal which should not be more than $15. I would not go back here.

Excellent experience! Top-notch customer service, with a very attentive and transparent team from start to finish. The work was flawless, with great attention to detail and outstanding quality. They treat your car as if it were their own, always handling it with care and paying close attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for performance upgrades, air suspension, vehicle wraps, or any type of custom automotive work done with professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My sons graduation gift was towed to Milex. The next day Rudy told me it would cost 3k to fix and threatened to junk my sons honda in 2 hours if i didnt pay $600 for it being there a day and a half. They did zero work on it. I recommend avoiding this greedy business. Im getting legal advice. Will update.

Before writing this review, I paid twice to have my car diagnosed, and I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I originally came in December for an oil change. Then in February, my dashboard showed low oil, and my car started leaking oil, something it had never done before. Concerned, I took it to another mechanic, who immediately noticed that my car had no oil because the oil filter had not been changed during my last oil change which caused it to leak/bust (don’t remember the term he used) He advised me to return to this shop since they were the ones who serviced my car. When I came back, they told me that, according to their records, I had been advised to replace my engine front cover gasket and valve cover gasket . I explained that no one ever mentioned this to me during my previous visit. They claimed it was written on my receipt, but I came in for an oil change, so I only expected to see charges related to that service. If there was a serious issue with my car, it should have been clearly explained to me while I was there waiting. The employee then told me the gasket issue had been ongoing for a long time ,even before I bought the car. I’ve owned my car for 8 years and
